Join this session to learn about new field service capabilities for inspections and a new Field Service mobile app built on the Power Platform with the product managers and lead engineers. Inspections provide an easy drag and drop interface to create questionnaires for asset inspections, surveys, safety protocols and more. The new mobile app called simply “Dynamics 365 Field Service” is purpose-built for field technicians and deeply integrated with the rest of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Not coincidentally, viewing inspections on the new field service mobile app is easy and beautiful. In the second hour participants will be given workshop instructions to configure inspections and the Field Service mobile PowerApp.
